During our Group Sound Bath, we use various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, to create a meditative and healing environment as part of sound therapy. Participants lie down on yoga mats or blankets and allow the sound vibrations to wash over them, creating a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
