We designed our Pranayama Workshop to guide individuals towards a greater awareness of their breath and its connection to their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Pranayama is a Sanskrit term that describes the practice of controlling the breath in yoga. It involves consciously regulating the breath to balance the flow of prana, or life force energy, in the body.
During our Pranayama workshops, we teach participants about the theory and principles of Pranayama, as well as techniques for practicing different types of breathing exercises. The workshop includes guided breathing exercises, meditation, and discussions on the benefits of Pranayama practice.
