We designed our Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping Class to teach individuals a simple yet powerful technique for reducing stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions. EFT Tapping combines tapping on specific acupressure points on the body with affirmations and visualization to release emotional blockages and promote healing.
During our sessions, we teach participants a variety of tapping sequences for addressing different emotional issues, such as anxiety, depression, phobias, and trauma. We may also include discussions and reflections on the nature of EFT Tapping, as well as strategies for incorporating the technique into daily life.
Participants gain a greater understanding of the relationship between emotions and the body, and how EFT Tapping can promote emotional and physical well-being. We will emphasize the importance of regular practice and provide support and encouragement to help participants continue their EFT Tapping journey beyond the class itself.
